Great to spend this evening at the Candidate Search 2010 here in Colorado Springs!!!
We had a great debate with our opponent, JJ Ament and it was fun to see so many other debates
The message reasonated strongly here – people do not want to be invested in bailouts – they also want Republicans supporting 60, 61, 101
Thank you to everyone who contributed tonight and gave business cards to volunteer
It’s always good to be back home in Southern Colorado! Thank you to everyone who put on the debate tonight including Michelle Morin, Clem, Richard Randell, Jeff Crank, the Constitutionalist and all others
Were also proud to announce that we’ve received the endorsement of Colorado Springs Councilman Tom Gallagher

I’m blessed to spend this Sunday evening here on the Western Slope back here in Rifle of Garfield County
It was great to see so many familiar faces, including TJ, Marilyn, Chairman Milt and many others – thank you to Phil Vaughn and everyone in Rifle for putting on today’s forum
The message reasonated very strongly here – Republicans here in Rifle definitely do not want to be invested in bailouts, especially those of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
We almost filled out a sign up sheet, gave away many stickers, and best of all, we collected quite a few contributions (thank you Scott, Charles, and many others)
It was also great to see some family from Eagle County and I’m proud to announce that we also received the endorsement of former Eagle County School Board Head Scott Green – great to have you on board Scott!
Lastly, people in Garfield were happy to hear my stance on severance taxes which is – Denver, get your hands off our severance taxes!!!
It is wonderful to be back home here on the Western Slope

Were having fun traveling the Western Slope with other candidates and our message is reasonating – Republicans here in Meeker don’t wanna be invested in bailouts

Great to spend this Sunday morning here in Craig, with so many members of Moffat County’s GOP Central Committee and other Republicans! Thank you to Chairman John Ponikvar and his team for putting it on!
The message reasonated strongly here – people don’t want our money going to bailout companies, especially ones like CitiGroup that are issuing loans to rival energy companies
It was also great to be back home here on the Western Slope, where a discussion took place about severance taxes and the need to keep them here

What a great evening here in Steamboat Springs at the Routt County Lincoln Day Dinner!
It is great to be back home here on the Western Slope and especially here in Routt! I briefly ran for Colorado Senate District 8 back in 2008 and in doing so, we built a lot of relationships here in Routt – it was great to catch up with Senator Taylor, Geneva, BJ, Paul, Kevin, Jeff, Mike and Maureen (thanks for the contribution tonight, btw) and many others
Everyone took bumper stickers and it felt good to be home on the Western Slope – most importantly, our message reasonated strongly – bailouts ain’t very popular here in Steamboat Springs, especially Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac
Routt County is clearly Hasan County – wonderful to be back home and I look forward to visiting again soon
I love Routt and Routt loves me!!!

Thank you to everyone in Gunnison for taking such good care of my Western Slope Chair, Callie Carey – Callie represented our campaign at the Gunnison County Lincoln Day Dinner and had a terrific time!
The message reasonated strongly here – more importantly, Republicans in Gunnison want a GOP Western Slope boy in statewide office within our State Treasury – that would be Ali Hasan!
Callie said the event was terrific and I can’t wait to get back to Gunnison soon!

The Jackson County GOP Lincoln Day Dinner was excellent, according to Aliya – thank you to their Central Comm for taking such good care of us, especially Wendy Larsen and family

Otherwise, Aliya fell in love with Jackson County as she was driving in and said it was the most beautiful part of our great State – she provided a pic for all of you to enjoy

Great to be with the Colorado Federation of Republican Women (CFRW)!!! It was also great to see many of my political-mommies, Jan, Perry, Marolyn, Nancy, Cara, Michelle, Penny, Maria, and most especially Betty and Lisa!
The CFRW are the biggest reason why we are going to win back Colorado in 2010 – they’ve been building a winning infrastructure for years now and our Party Family is deeply lucky to have them
I’m a Republican because my mother is my hero – she was a precinct captain in Pueblo in the early 80s and we knocked on doors together promoting Ronald Reagan – in turn, I’m a Republican because of a Republican woman
And of course, the message reasonated strongly here – Republican Women do not want to be invested in bailouts!
I can’t wait to meet more Republican women groups around our good State

Also great to catch up with my friend Representative Laura Bradford, who is a tough as nails legislator!
Our message reasonated strongly here – people in Grand Junction don’t want us invested in CitiGroup, Fannie Mae, or Freddie Mac – they want to be invested in Colorado Winners!

What a great meeting at Liberty On The Rocks at Uptown Tavern!
Thank you so much to Amanda Teresi and Michael Sandoval for the invite! This crowd was a ton of fun!
First off, Liberty On The Rocks is a terrific series of meetings – although talk of politics is sacredly banned at bars and taverns, Liberty On The Rocks gives Conservatives a chance to get together and (gasp!) discuss politics in the very casual and entertaining setting of a bar
I would say the crowd was evenly divided between Liberterians and Republicans, but it’s all good, because on this night – were all family!!!
And of course, the good folks here at LOTR were absolutely against bailouts and our $2.5 billion investment in Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac! Thank you also to everyone who took bumper stickers, signed our volunteer sheet and gave contributions

Great to spend the morning with the Arapahoe Republican Mens Club!

The reception was excellent – the club here doesn’t want to see billions invested in bailout companies and they want a State Treasurer who will take a stand on it!

What a great night in Aspen at the Pitkin County Lincoln Day Dinner!
Anyone who thinks Republicans in Aspen are extinct would be in for a rude awakening – the Republicans here in Pitkin are very intelligent and very motivated
Thank you to Chairwoman Frieda Wallison for her warm hospitality and Pitkin’s entire Central Committee – thank you also to Shirley Tipton
It was great to be back home here on the Western Slope and the reception was excellent – we filled out an entire volunteer sheet, nabbed a handful of contributions, and gave away tons of bumper stickers – thank you to everyone for their love and support – Pitkin County Republicans definitely support their Western Slope boy!
However, the message also reasonated strongly – West Slopers want zero Colorado money invested in bailout companies!
Great to be back home! Pitkin County is Hasan Territory! I love you Pitkin!
